The adidas Italia was first introduced in 1959 as a all-around indoor shoe for athletes, coaches and instructors; it was the most-worn shoe at the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome. This update, the adidas Italia '74, features a full-leather upper with a suede toe bumper, EVA midsole and a blown rubber outsole.
